TSRS 6th & 7th Classes Entrance Test 2020 notification would be released by TREIS. So, TS Residential School Society, TRIES is going to release the TSRS CET 2020 notification soon on its official website. Interested and eligible candidates can visit the official website for the latest updates for applying for TS Residential Schools Entrance Test 2020 for admission into 6th and 7th Class admissions in TS Residential Schools for 2020-2021
But, 5th Class Admissions would be done through TGCET 2020 Common Entrance Test Only. Remaining vacant seats would be filled in 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th Classes through TSRS Entrance Test 2020.
Presently, TREI Society has decided to fill up the backlog vacancies in classes VI and VII for the academic year 2020-2021 in all 35 General Residential Schools District and also SC/ST backlog vacancies in 12 Minority Residential Schools through district level admission test (TSRS 6th & 7th Classes Entrance Test).
TREIS will release the TSRS 6th & 7th Classes Admission Test 2020 notification for admission into above said residential schools and Telangana Residential Educational Society and The society would invite Online applications from the eligible students for admission into General Residential Schools.
In this admission process, TREIS would release TSRS Entrance Test Hall tickets and TSRS Entrance Test Results on its official website at tsrjdc.cgg.gov.in. The TSRS 6th and 7th Class Entrance Test to be held in the month of June every year to fill up the backlog vacancies in classes VI & VII in all TSR Schools by TREIS.
Eligibility Criteria for admission & Selection:
For VI Class:
i) Candidate must have studied Class-V for the whole of this year academic session in a Government/Government aided or other recognized schools.
ii) Students must have studied continuously for at least TWO years in a Government/Government aided or other recognized schools.
For VII Class:
i) Candidate must have studied Class-VI for the whole of this year academic session in a Government/Government aided or other recognized schools.
ii) Students must have studied continuously for at least TWO years in a Government/Government aided or other recognized schools.
The Student must have studied in Rural area (in case of OC/BC) for the vacancies in General Schools. For SC/ST this is not applicable. In case of vacancies in Minority Schools, Rural Area study shall not apply to all categories.
Nativity: Students must have studied in the concerned District during this year.
Selection: Selection Based on the merit in the Admission test and rule of reservation.
Age limit:
i) For VI Class: SC / ST students should have born between 01.09.2006 to 31.08.2010 and OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 01.09.2008 to 31.08.2010.
ii) For VII Class: SC / ST students should have born between 01.09.2005 to 31.08.2009 and OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 01.09.2007 to 31.08.2009.
TSRS Admission Test (TSRS 6th & 7th Classes Entrance Test):
a) Admission test would be conducted at Convenor School on the specified date under the supervision of the observer. Question paper for the admission test will be supplied by the Society through the Observer.
b) After completion of the test, valuation of scripts will be done on the same day at the Convener School.
c) Merit list should be prepared under the supervision of the Observer on the same day. District Convener should operate the merit list till the vacancies are filled.
d) Venue of Admission test: District Convener School in each District.
e) Date of Admission test for both classes: Date to be announced soon.
