The SPD has informed that an amount of Rs.22,000/- for School Complex Grant and Meeting TA have been approved in Annual Work Plan and Budget for this academic year 2014-15. The State Project Director, Andhra Pradesh, SSA, Hyderabad, has issued certain instructions to release an amount of Rs. 22,000/. towards Cluster Resource Centre Grant for the year 2014-15. The following Guidelines for using school complex grant have been issued in this regarding and guidelines are useful to submission of UCs.
The amounts are released for 1 year i.e., to be utilized for the period from 01.04-2014 to 31-03-2015 on quarterly CRCs Meeting basis as stipulated and bills/vouchers/acquittances as applicable to be obtain and furnished with UCs.
Cluster Resource Centre Grant for 2014-15:
a) Contingency Grant – Rs. 10,000/-
b) Meeting and TA Grant – Rs. 5,000/-
c) TIM Grant – Rs.7,000/- per annum
CRC Grant Utilization Guidelines for 2014-15
Guidelines on the Utilization of School Complex Grant for the year 2014-15 is to be utilized under the following heads and activities.
A) Contingency Grant – Rs. 10,000/-
Maintenance of ROTS
Procurement of Registers, Records, Stationery etc.
Teacher Reference Books as per the list communicated by SPO. Purchase of Educational CDs.
Providing Tea & Refreshments to the participants.
Postage & Xerox.
Requirement School Complex Meetings.
B) Meeting and TA Grant – Rs. 5,000/-
Conveyance for School visit to the School Complex HM @ Rs. 500/-. per month – Rs. 5000/- per annum (Minimum under Schools once in a month) subject to furnishing of School visit report to DPO/DEO.
Other items any as per requirement from the savings of the above items.
Reviews with Head Master of Primary and Upper Primary Schools.
C) TIM Grant – Rs.7,000/- per annum
Procurement of material for preparation of TLN in the School Complex Meetings.
Procurement of permanent TLN.
Purchase of Educational Magazines.
Other contingencies if any to meet from the savings of the above items.
Requirement in School Complex Meetings.
The above guidelines are to be followed scrupulously and any deviation and misuse leads severely and action suitable will be taken on erring Officers.
