  1. Is the online submission system working? Do we have to get it attested with HM for retired employees? Can the claimant submit this online application on his own? What is the next step after submitting it? Where to submit the originals?
Any helpline number or contact available for any clarifications needed?
It is very difficult for retired employees to submit and follow up on these claims.
