Telangana School wise cadre strength, Check Cadre list from here. All the MEOs are hereby informed to collect the Option forms from your mandal teachers till 10-12-2021 by 10.00 AM and submit on 10-12-2021 by 12.00 noon to concerned DEO Offices (Management wise, Subject wise, medium wise) in the prescribed format (Annexure-III, appended to (GO no-317,dated 6-12-21) with signature, date and mobile number along with supporting document in respect of preferential categories if applicable.
Option forms shall be collected from all the teachers those who are in working position if they are on leave, under suspension, undergoing training, on deputation, foreign service, etc., to ensure that all employees should submit option forms without fail.

As all are aware that the Government of Telangana has decided to allocate the employees and teachers belonging to the different cadres to new local cadre district by obtaining option forms in a prescribed proforma. Further the Government have announced the schedule of the allocation of the employees, teachers to new local cadre districts.
Further the Mandal Educational Officers are informed that vide reference third cited in the meeting of the District Educational Officers by the Special Chief Secretary to Government, Education Department, it has been instructed to obtain option forms from the teachers of District cadre particularly School Assistants & equivalent cadres and Second Grade
Teachers & Equivalent cadres will be taken up by the Collector & District magistrate, Nizamabad who is Chairman of the Committee at District level. In view of the above, the Undermentioned Officers are instructed to obtain Option forms in writing with signatures of all the teachers of District cadre as mentioned above from today up to 11-12-2021 and submit the same to this office with all details by 11-12-2021 by 5pm.
They should scan each option form and submit the same to this office by mail so that the same will be taken as basis for the allocation of the teachers. They shall contact all the teachers i.e., who are on foreign service, suspension, long leave, Abroad etc., by mail or phone and obtain the option forms and submit the same to this office as per the date mentioned above.
This should be treated as most urgent and they shall be held responsible for any omission of teachers of the above categories and ensure that no one should be left over from the working cadre. These instructions shall be followed scrupulously and receipt of the same shall be acknowledged.

Instructions to Teachers
- Teachers’ Option Forms should be submitted by all Teachers of MEOs, Nodal HMs, Complex HMs Area at Mandal Centers by 10 AM.
- Option Forms must be arrived to DEO Office by 12 Noon.
- Each teacher’s option form should be categorized by category wise and also management wise.
- Later the forms must be submitted to the DEO office.
- The MIS coordinator operator and CRP within your jurisdiction should be engaged in this work on December 10th and can be instructed to be available on the second Saturday as well as Sunday.
- All teachers should also use the Revised Option Form.
- Those in the preparation category must attach the relevant documents.
- SC, ST teachers can surely submit the relevant caste certificate.
- Be sure to write the employee’s signature and the working phone number on the option form.
- Teachers who are in Foreign Service, Teachers who are suspended and Teachers who are on leave should also give the option form.
