The online application process for the IBPS SO 2019 will begin from November 6 and end on November 26, 2019. The preliminary exam will be conducted on December 28, 29(tentatively). The registration is the first phase of IBPS SO 2019 selection which is being held for selecting candidates for 1,599 vacancies in Specialist Officers’ cadre posts. IBPS PO online examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for selection of personnel in Specialist Officers’ cadre SO posts in the participating organisations is tentatively scheduled in December 2019.
The registration process has begun on November 6, 2019 and is ending on November 26, 2019. The preliminary examination will be conducted on December 28 & 29, 2019 in various centers across the country. The main examination will be conducted on January 25, 2020. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the IBPS official website – ibps.in. The IBPS is conducting this recruitment drive to fill 1163 vacancies of specialist officers in various public sector banks and other participating organisations.

How to Apply for IBPS Specialist Officers Recruitment:
The first stage or the online preliminary exam will be held on December 29 and 30, 2018. Interested candidates would need to go through a selection process which includes a preliminary and main examination followed by an interview. The online registration process began on November 6 and will close on November 26, 2018. Candidate should read the notification carefully before applying and check eligibility conditions for different posts in detail. Candidates who wish to apply for these posts must follow the steps below:
- Visit the official website of IBPS at ibps.in.
- Click on the CWE Specialist Officer tab.
- In the new window, click on the apply link.
- You will be redirected to the application portal where you will have to first register by providing your email id and phone number.
- A provisional registration number and password will be sent to the registered email id and phone number. Use this to login to the application portal.
- Fill in the required details in the fields provided and Complete the application form and make application fee payment.
- After application completion, print a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
The IBPS SO examination will be two tier i.e. the online exam will be held in two phases, preliminary and main. Candidates who will qualify in Online Preliminary Examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Online Main Examination and shortlisted candidates in the main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and co-ordinated by the Nodal Bank.
