APPGCET Registration 2021, How to submit Online Application at sche.ap.gov.in/appgcet/. Yogi Vemana University, Andhra Pradesh has released the APPGCET 2021 notification on its website, https://sche.ap.gov.in/appgcet/. A state level Post Graduate Common Entrance Tests (APPGCET) 2021 are being conducted by Yogi Vemana University for Admissions into the first year of various PG Courses on behalf of AP State Council of Higher Education.
Online Applications are invited from the candidates who have passed or appearing for the final semester (year) examination in the qualifying degree for entrance tests and admission into first year of various P.G. Courses (M.A., M.Com., M.Sc., MCJ, M.J.M.C., M.Lib.I.Sc., M.Ed., M.P.Ed., M.Sc.Tech. etc) in the Academic Year 2021-22 offered by Andhra Pradesh State funded Universities and their Constituent/ Affiliated [Government and Private (Aided/Unaided)] Colleges including Minority Educational Institutions in the State.

Before filling and submission of online application form, the candidates are advised to go through the relevant instructions and Demo Application form available in the websites. The candidates are advised to be ready with the following mandatory / optional details to fill in the appropriate fields before filling the Online Application Form.
- Debit Card/Net Banking Details
- Marks Memo / Hall Ticket Number of Qualifying Examination
- Birth Certificate / SSC or Equivalent Certificate
- Eligibility Criteria in the APPGCET-2021 website
- The local candidate certificate issued by MRO or Competent Authority
Registration Fee for a single subject is Rs.850/- for OC, Rs.750/- for BC candidates and Rs.650/- for SC/ST/PH candidates. The fee may be paid at any APonline centers or through payment gateway (Credit/Debit Cards/ Net Banking). For submission of online application, visit the above websites.
Steps in APPGCET Registration
- Step-1: Application Fee Payment: Candidate can make Online Fee Payment through this option.
- Step-2: Check Application Fee Payment Status: Candidate can check Success/Failure status of Fee Payment
- Step-3: Additional Courses Fee Payment: Candidate can make additional subject fee payment for APPGCET-2021
- Step-4: Fill Application Form: After fee payment by Debit/Net banking modes, Candidate should fill in the Application through this option Step
- Step-5: Print Application Receipt: After application form submission, candidate can print the submitted form.
How to Register for AP PGCET?
Before filling and submission of online application form, the candidates are advised to go through the relevant instructions and Demo Application form available in the websites. Candidates who are eligible for the AP PG Common Entrance Test can check details and submit the online application on its official website with required details.
- Visit the https://sche.ap.gov.in/APPGCET/ website
On your Internet Browser type the website address https://sche.ap.gov.in/APPGCET and press ENTER button and you will see the AP PG Entrance Tests official website on the computer screen.
- Click on the “Application Fee Payment” field
Once you reach the official website, Andhra Pradesh PGCET, click on the 'Application Fee Payment' field. A new page will appear on the screen in the name of Fee Payment for APPGCET.
- Fill the mandatory details in the Fee Payment Web Page
Fill in ALL the mandatory details given in the web page. The details are Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number, Candidate Name, , Date of Birth, Name of the Course, Mobile Number, Mobile Number Mentioned Above Is My and select the Payment Mode.
- click on the 'Initiate Payment' button
After entering the correct and mandatory details in the web page of Payment through Debit Card/Net Banking web page, select the card type (VISA or Master Card or Maestro) mentioned on the card and click on the Initiate Payment button. Then, a pop message is displayed with Confirm & Cancel button for confirming the details entered for making fee payment. Select Confirm to proceed for payment.
- Click on the 'Make Payment Button'
After clicking the Confirm button, the following 'Payment' web page will appear. After the relevant Card Type logo is selected by the candidate, click on the button “Make Payment” and the control will automatically take you to the BANK PAYMENT GATEWAY screen.
- Click on 'Proceed to Fill Application'
The confirmation of successful payment of Registration Fee is shown with the “Transaction is Successful” item in the web page “Payment Status” along with Payment Id. After Successful Payment web page automatically redirect to new web page. To fill the Online Application Form, click on “Proceed to Fill Application”.
- Check Application Fee Payment Status
After completion of Application Fee Payment, Candidate can check the Status of the Payment using below tab. By clicking on Check Application Fee Payment Status tab, the new screen will be displayed. Enter Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket No, Mobile Number then click on Check Payment Status button for checking the status of the payment as shown.
- Additional Courses Fee Payment
Candidate can make additional subject fee payment for AP PGCET through this option. Select Additional Subjects Fee Payment link from Andhra Pradesh PGCET website home page as shown in the screen. After clicking on Additional Subjects Fee Payment link from APPGCET website home page, the web page will be displayed enter Payment Id and Hall Ticket Number and click on Get Details button. After clicking on Get Details button the web page will be displayed for Additional Subjects Fee payment for APPGCET. Select additional subjects for fee payment and click on initiate payment button.
- Fill Application Form
Candidate can fill the APPGCET online application form through this option. For this, select Fill Application Form link from APPGCET website home page, the new web page will be displayed. Enter Payment reference ID, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket No, Mobile Number, Date of Birth and click on Proceed to Fill Application button as shown in the screen. An application form will be displayed as shown in the screen, fill in all the mandatory and relevant details in the application form and click on Preview/Submit button.
- Click on the Preview/Submit button
By clicking on Preview/Submit button, candidate can view the Filled Application Form as shown below screen. By clicking on Submit button, candidate can view pop up alert as “Your application confirmed successfully. Please note your Registration Number for further correspondence” with Continue Button. Candidate can take print application by clicking on Continue button which is useful for further correspondence.
- Print Application Receipt
Later, if the candidate wishes to take the print out of the same page again, he/she can visit https://sche.ap.gov.in/APPGCET (Home page) and click on encircled item. Print Application Form as below. After clicking on Print Application Form button, the new web page will appear. Enter all the mandatory details in respective fields and then click on Get Application Details as shown below By clicking on Print Application Receipt button, the “Receipt” page will appear.

- Date of commencement of online registration & Submission of applications : 15.09.2021.
- Last date for submitting the online application : 30.09.2021.
- Last date with a late fee of Rs.200/- : 04.10.2021.
- Last date with a late fee of Rs.500/- : 08.10.2021.
