With a view to enabling the unemployed educated among Backward Classes to compete with others in competitive examinations and to come out successful in them, free coaching is provided in B.C. Study Circles. Apart from free coaching, the Stipend and Study material / Book Grant is provided to the candidates.

The coaching is offered for various competitive examinations like Civil Services, Group-I, Group-II, Staff Selection Commission, RRB, Police Recruitment Board, DSC, etc. In addition, Special Programmes are also organized in soft skills, personality development for final year students, unemployed youth targeting private-sector jobs.

Candidates who want to appear above said competitive exams for free coaching to apply for admission into the BC Study circles spread across the Telangana State. BC Welfare Department will be issued free coaching notifications in every year as per their schedule.

In Telangana State, there are nine study circles for 10 districts of Warangal, Karimnagar, Nalgonda, Khammam, Medak, Nizamabad, Adilabad, Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, and Mahabubnagar.
