AP POLYCET Certificates Verification Dates, AP POLYCET is a Polytechnic common entrance test conducted by State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad for admission into Diploma level programmes conducted in Government, aided, Private unaided polytechnics and polytechnics run in existing Private unaided Engineering Colleges.  

Every candidate desirous of seeking admission into Engineering/Non – Engineering Diploma courses can apply through online for AP POLYCET 2025.

No separate application form for admission is prescribed. The filled in application for POLYCET 2025 itself is an application for admission.

The Qualified candidates of A.P POLYCET 2025 who are desirous of seeking admission into Diploma Courses are informed that the web based counseling process comprising of Certificate Verification will commence as per the schedule

A. Certificate Verification for SC/ST/BC/OC/Minorities: Schedule For Decentralised Certificate Verification For SC/ST/BC/OC/Minorities (Reporting Time At HLC 9.00 A.M. Everyday)

AP POLYCET Web Options Entry Dates: Polytechnics Admission will be made based on web options exercised by candidate. Details of the web based allotment programme would be indicated on our website https://appolycet.nic.in/ and also notified in the leading newspapers soon after the declaration of results of POLYCET.

The detailed programme with the ranks of the candidates called on each day for counseling will be published in daily Newspapers in English / Telugu / Urdu having wide publicity to enable the candidates to attend the Admission Camp on the specified date, time and place for each region.

No separate call letters will be sent to the candidates for attending the counseling. The admission programme will also be displayed at the admission camp and in all Polytechnic. Admission notification issued in the press is to be treated as call letter. AP POLYCET Certificates Verification Dates

Important Documents: Candidates who have been called for counseling have to bring the following certificates, which are relevant to them in original for verification purpose along with one set of attested copies.

Accordingly the qualified candidates of AP POLYCET and Non qualified Minority Candidates who have applied to the Convenor based on SSC Marks are informed to attend for certificate verification in any one of the Help Line Centres indicated below and as per the schedule given under, with all original certificates and two sets of Xerox copies like

• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo(Original or Internet copy).
• Aadhar card. (will be returned after verification)
• IV to X Study Certificate or Residence Certificate (in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education) or Residence Certificate of either of parents in A.P. for 10 years in case of non-local candidates.
• Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2025 or white ration Card for claiming tuition fee reimbursement.
• Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of reserved category candidates.6. PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority/Anglo-Indian Certificate if applicable.
• In respect of PH category, candidates have to produce a certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Candidates who have disability of 40% and above will only be considered under PH category.
• CAP category candidates have to produce a certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service Men), Identity Card and Discharge Book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of Andhra Pradesh are eligible under CAP Category. The decision of authorities of sainik welfare of A.P is final in this matter.
• Anglo-Indian Candidates have to produce a certificate issued by Competent Authority of their place of residence.
