Instructions for NMMS Beneficiaries Aadhar Number Seeding, Govt of Telangana, DGE has given instructions to all the DEOs in the State for Seeding of Aadhar number with Bank account number of NMMS beneficiaries of National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme Examinations.

With reference to the subject cited, I am to inform you that, Ministry of Human Resource Development New Delhi has requested in the reference 2nd cited for seeding of Aadhaar numbers with the Bank Account numbers of the beneficiaries of National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme Examinations November 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012 to facilitate the payment of scholarships through Aadhaar Payment Bridge, this has been already informed to all DEO’s vide reference 3 to 5 cited.
In this connection, you are hereby once again instructed that the Bank Account numbers of all the beneficiaries of the National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme Examinations November 2015, 2014,2013 & 2012 should be seeded with Aadhar numbers immediately and submit the same to this office on or before 17¬10-2016 without fail.
Lists of all the beneficiaries of National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme Examinations November 2015, 2014 & 2012 whose Bank accounts are not seeded with Aadhaar numbers are sent herewith.
Further, it is instructed you to conduct a meeting with concerned Head Masters, Mandal Educational Officers, and Deputy Educational Officers immediately and take necessary steps to seed the bank accounts with Aadhaar numbers on or before 31.10.2017 without fail. This should be treated as the most urgent.
DGE has informed that the Ministry of Human Resource Development, New Delhi has conducted video conference to make arrangements for seeding of Aadhaar numbers with the Bank Account numbers of all the beneficiaries of National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme Examinations November 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012 to facilitate the payment of scholarships through Aadhaar Payment Bridge.
In this connection the Ministry has suggested the DEOs in the State to conduct meeting with the authorities Of lead banks, UID Officers, DEOs„ and IT Officers under the chairmanship of District collectors concerned to take steps to get Aadhaar numbers for all beneficiaries to open bank accounts to all the beneficiaries and to seed the Aadhaar numbers with the Bank Account numbers of all the beneficiaries of National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme Examinations.
Hence, DGE instruct to conduct a meeting with the authorities of lead banks, UM Officers., DEOs, and Information Technology Officers under the chairmanship of District Collectors concerned to take steps to get Aadhaar numbers for all beneficiaries to open bank accounts to all the beneficiaries and to seed the Aadhaar numbers with the Bank Account numbers of all the beneficiaries of National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme Examinations before 31-10-2017

The attention of the Deputy Educational Officer /Mandal Educational Officer, Concerned are hereby informed that the Director of Government Examination T.S, Hyderabad, has informed that the Ministry of Human Resource Development, New Delhi has Conducted Video Conference on 18.07.2016 to make arrangements for seeding of Adhaar Numbers with Bank Account numbers of all the students beneficiaries of National Means cum Merit Scholarship Schemes Examination November 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 to facilitate the payment of Scholarships through Adhaar Bridge.
Further, the lead District Manager vide reference 2nd cited has also informed all the Branch Managers, concerned for seeding of Adhaar numbers with student Bank Accounts for facilitating students’ National Means cum Merit Scholarship.
Hence, The Deputy Educational Officer /Mandal Educational Officer, Concerned are requested to kindly instruct to the Headmasters concerned for those who are selected in respect of students beneficiaries of National Means cum Merit Scholarship Schemes Examination November 2012,2013,2014,2015 to link the Adhaar numbers with students bank account numbers and compliance report should submit to this office with immediately for facilitating the payment of Scholarships through Adhaar into the students Bank Accounts.
