TS SSC Pre Final Exams Time Table 2021 for Telangana 10th Class students

TS SSC Pre Final Exams Time Table 2021 released. The Telangana State Board of Secondary Education has announced that the TS SSC Pre-final examinations will begin in May month. The Commissioner and Director of School Education, Telangana State has released the TS SSC Pre Final Examinations Schedule 2021. As per the DSE Telangana Proceedings, All the District Educational Officers and RJDs in the State informed that as per Academic Calendar communicated, the Summative Assessment (SA)-II is scheduled from 07-05-2021 to 13-05-2021 for only 9th Class not classes I to III and the Pre-final exams for class X from 3rd to 8th May 2021.

In this regard, time tables are communicating with instructions for the conduct of Summative Assessment (SA) II and Pre-final examinations and valuation of answer scripts.

TS SSC Pre Final Exams Time Table 2021

TS SSC Prefinal Exams will be held from May 3 to 8 in the Telangana state. District Education Department officials have ordered to all MEOs to make necessary arrangements for the conduct of these examinations.

District Common Examination Board officials would inspect and observe the examinations. Prefinal Exams exams are conducted from 9.30 am to 12.15 pm and the second language exams are to be held from 9.30 am to 12.45 pm. These Pre Final Exams will be conducted according to the school academic calendar. The exams schedule as follows.

Item of work and dates:

1. SA 2: 07-05-2021 to 13-05-2021
2. TS SSC Pre final exams for class X from 03-05-2021 to 08-05-2021
3. Answer scripts to children and parents and declaring results by 19-05-2021
4. Recording results and parents meeting on 26.05.2021 and issue the progress report to children.
5. Students resubmit the progress report (Cumulative Records) to school after parents signature – 26.04.2021.
6. Last working day 26.05.2021
7. Summer vacations from 27.05.2021 to 13.06.2021

The DEOs and RJDs will give necessary instructions to the schools on conduct of Summative Assessment (SA) II, valuation of answer scripts and the issue of Cumulative Records which shall be completed in all aspects by 26.05.2021.

All the RJDSEs & DEOs in the State should follow the TS SSC Pre Final Exams Time Table /scheduled followed by an analysis of the papers and take up the remedial classes to prepare the students for SSC Annual examinations. The dates were scheduled expecting SSC, Board Examinations during 1st week of March along with Intermediate examinations.

BSE Telangana informed to all the DEOs that, it came to the notice that many private school managements are not following the academic calendar issued and all the schools recognized by Government of Telangana shall follow the academic calendar.

However, some managements are conducting SA1, SA2 and SA3 i.e. and the number of unit test which causes much strain and stress on the part of the students. More time needs to be devoted to transacting the syllabus and classroom discussions rather than increasing the number of examinations.

The State team shall visit the schools and observe the implementation of the academic calendar and other deviations if any. Therefore, all the RJDSEs and DEOs are requested to focus on the above issues and see that smooth conduct of pre-final examinations as per the schedule as above and also see that all private school management shall follow the academic calendar scrupulously.
