The state level National Talent Search (first level) Examination 2020 Notifications was issued by the office of the Director of Government Examinations, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh in August.
The State Level National Talent Search 1st level Examination for 10th class students will be conducted on 14-02-2021 (Sunday) from 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM in Telugu/ Hindi/ Urdu and English media at all the Headquarters of 13 Districts in the AP State.
BSE AP has released the Hall Ticket for National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) 2020-2021. The state level screening examination is conducted in all State/UT’s on first Sunday of November (this year on 14-02-2021).
For state level (first level) examination, the state education department issues the e-admit card for the candidates, who have applied for the examination. Therefore, the candidates are advised to check and download their Hall ticket (e-admit card) from their states’ education departments’ website.
NTSE 2020 examination will be held on 14-02-2021 by 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. AP DGE Board officials have uploaded the NTSE Examination -2020 Hall Tickets on its official websites bseap.org.

The NCERT only upload the E-Admit Cards for the Second level examination on its website.
NTSE scholarship: The scholarship under the present scheme awarded to the candidates for pursuing courses in science and social science up to doctoral level and in professional courses like medicine and engineering up to second-degree level subject to the fulfillment of the conditions provided in this brochure.
As on date 2000 scholarships are awarded in the country with reservation of 15 percent for SC, 7.5 percent for ST and 27 percent for other backward classes and 4 percent for group of students with benchmark disabilities.
NTSE Selection Procedure: Identification of talent comprises two-stage selection process. While the individual State/UT conducts the first stage selection, the second stage selection at the national level is carried out by the NCERT.
NTSE State level Examination: State level examination may have two parts: Part-I Mental Ability Test (MAT) and PartII Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) for nominating the required number of candidates for the second level test to be conducted by the NCERT.
NTSE Marking: Each item in both the tests shall carry one mark each. A candidate shall get one mark for correct response. There will be no negative marking in either of the tests. Nevertheless, candidates are advised not to resort to blind guessing, which may not be of any help to them.
How to Download the NTSE Hall Ticket 2021:
- First Andhra Pradesh students visit the bse Andhra Pradesh website by entering the URL www.bseap.org., then bse website will appear. Students of Both states are advised to should follow the given steps.
- Search for “NTSE December 2020 Hall Ticket” and click on the link.
- Then another NTSE Official webpage will be opened on a new tab in your browser.
- Again search for Download Hall Tickets and click on it. Then NTSE Hall Ticket Download page will be shown another tab.
- Now Enter your registration number and Date of Birth.
- Now, click on the download button.
- Then, your hall ticket will be downloaded.
- Take the print out. That’s all..
This Hall Ticket is entry pass of the examination hall. So, candidates must keep their hall ticket while you are going to the examination.
