SCERT Telangana has released the TS SSC Syllabus 2025 on its official website, scert.telangana.gov.in.
Students in the 10th class can check the details and download the Telangana SSC New syllabus from the web portal. There will be only six public examinations for the 10th Class this time.
The Telangana Board of Secondary Education, or BSE Telangana, has fixed the same syllabus for class 10 or SSC as last year.
The class 10 students will have to study the same syllabus that was fixed for the students enrolled in the academic session. The students appearing for SSC Telangana 2025 will have to take only six papers this year.
The board has also said that students will have the option to choose Urdu as their secondary language. The new decision offers students the option of choosing one of Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu as their second language.
Telangana SSC Public Exams to have six papers
The 10th Class Public Examinations will henceforth have only six papers instead of 11. For the last two academic years, the State government slashed the number of papers from 11 to 6 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Class 10 exams were conducted for six papers during the last academic year, and it was decided to continue with the same pattern for the current academic year.
The School Education department, meanwhile, sent a proposal to the government to continue with six papers only instead of reverting to 11 for the future SSC Public Exams.
According to officials, the proposal has received a nod from the government, and orders are expected to be issued shortly.
The School Education Department move comes as several States and the Central Board of Secondary Education have conducted the Class X examinations for six subjects.
