TS School SA 1 Exams Time Table 2022 for Summative Assessment I Exams

SCERT Telangana has released the TS School SA 1 Exams Time Table 2021 or Telangana School SA 1 Exam Time Table 2021 for conduct of Summative Assessment I Exams in all PS, UPS and High Schools. Candidates who are appearing the examinations can download the SA I Exams Time Table from here and prepare for the Summative Examinations.

TS School SA 1 Summative Exams Schedule 2021 for Primary Schools, UPS and High Schools in Telangana. Teachers who are working in Telangana Schools can download the SA 1 Exams Time Table and read and follow the instructions. Complete the evaluation process, declare the results and record SA 1 grades in CCE Registers.

As per the new academic calendar, conduct of two Summative Assessments in an academic year along with other instructions pertaining to vacation, training, School Complex Meetings etc. Accordingly, the academic calendar was developed and provided to all schools along with dates for the conduct for Formative and Summative Assessments.

TS School SA 1 Time Table Highlights

  • Schools in Telangana were reopened on September 1.
  • The state government has released revised Time Table for Summative Assessment, SA 1 examination for students of Class I to X.
  • The Summative Assessment (SA) I examination for students of Classes I to 10 for the academic year 2021-22 will be conducted from December 14 to 20.
  • The School Education Department has issued a detailed timetable for this.
  • TS SCERT, School Education Department was decided to prepare and finalise question papers with the syllabus covered up to October 30 and
  • moderation done at the district level by holding workshops with subject experts.
  • After holding the examinations, the answer scripts have to be evaluated and results should be declared on December 27,
  • while the parents-teacher meeting is scheduled to be held on December 28.
  • All the District Educational Officers and Regional Joint Directors of School Education were instructed to take necessary action for conducting the SA-I.

TS School SA 1 Exam Timings

The Commissioner of School Education, Telangana has released the revised Exams Time Table where it has mentioned that the exams are scheduled from 14-12-2021 to 20-12-2021 and The examination for

  • Classes I to V will be conducted from 9.30 am to 12 noon,
  • Class VI and VII will be from 10 am to 12.45 pm,
  • Class VIII will be from 2 pm to 4.45 pm and
  • Classes IX & X will be from 10 am to 12.45 pm for Paper I and 2 pm to 4.45 pm for Paper II.
  • The completion of correction of answer scripts and declaration of result will be done on December 27.
  • Recording results in cumulative records will be done on December 28.

TS School SA 1 Exams Time Table Proceedings details:

All the District Educational Officers and RJDSEs in the state are invited to the references 1st to 6th cited above, the Summative Assessment (SA)-I has to be scheduled from 14-12-2021 to 20-12-2021 for classes I to X as per the Academic Calendar communicated, In this regard, the time table is being communicated with instructions for conduct of Summative Assessment (SA)-I and syllabus approved by the Government.

In view of the COVID-19 Prevailing Pandemic situation, it is decided to prepare, finalize of question papers with the syllabus covered up to 30.10.2021 and moderation at district level by conducting workshops at district level duly involving subject expert teachers of the district concerned and complete the total process of finalization of question papers by 27.11.2021 duly following the existing rules. The schedule for the valuation and issue of the Cumulative Records etc. is as follows:

  • Completion of correction of answer scripts and declaring the results: 23.12.2021.
  • Recording results in Cumulative Records: 27.12.2021.
  • Meeting with parents to discuss the progress and issue of Cumulative Records: 28.12.2021.
  • The students obtain signature of the parents on Cumulative Records and return to the Class Teacher: 31.12.2021.

Therefore, all the DEOs and RJDSEs are instructed to take necessary action on the above aspects and conduct the Summative Assessment (SA)-I examinations seriously by visiting the field and monitoring the examinations. This has got approval of the Director, School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad. The schedule for conduct of SA I Examinations Is as follows:

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are informed to give necessary instructions to all schools in their jurisdiction about the conduct of Summative Assessment-l as per the re-scheduled time table. In view of the subject cited above all the Mandal Educational Officers and Heads of all the Institutions of Government, KGBV, Model, Residential, Minority, Aided and Private Recognized Schools are hereby informed that Summative Assessment-l Examinations for the Classes 1-X will be held as per the schedule for this academic year.

The Examination Duration for Second Language (Hindi/Telugu etc.) for the Classes IX and is for 03.00 hours in view of Single paper. During the Examination Period answer Scripts should be valued and cumulative Records shall be completed in all aspects as per the schedule

Instructions on Conduct of Summative Assessment Examinations (SA 1):

SCERT Telangana has informed that, SA-I Exams to be started as per the above mentioned schedule. During the examination period the answer scripts must be valued and Cumulative Records shall be completed in all aspects.

The final results shall be declared and Cumulative Records must be issued to the children. A meeting shall be convened with parents & SMC members in the school premises and Progress Cards (Cumulative Records) shall be issued to the children. The children obtain signature on Cumulative Records and return back Cumulative Records to the concerned teachers/ HMs. The teachers must collect the Cumulative Records/ Progress Cards from the students.

All the DEOs are directed to take necessary action on the above and conduct exams seriously and confidentiality shall be maintained and see that the conduct of examinations and declare the results, convene parent meeting and issue of cumulative records to all the children must be taken up as per the schedule as above.

The RJDSEs must supervise the Districts and observe the effective conduct of SAl Exams, paper valuation, issue of cumulative records, parents meeting etc.and submit a report to the Director of School Education.

SCERT Instruction: Conduct of examinations (SA-I) and correction of answer scripts, completion of Cumulative Records, conduct of parents meeting in all Government, Government Aided and Private Schools. All the RJDSEs and DEOs in the State are hereby informed that vide reference 1 cited, orders have been issued for the conduct of two Summative Assessments in an academic year.

Accordingly, instructions have been issued to all types of schools in the State along with dates for the conduct for Formative and Summative Assessments as per the academic calender. In this regard, the examinations (SA-I)from classes I to X shall be conducted in all Government, Government Aided and Private Recognized Schools.

Note: The examination duration for Second Language (Hindi/ Telugu etc.) Paper for classes IX and X is for 03.00 hours in view of a single paper.  During the examination period, the answer scripts must be valued and Cumulative Records shall be completed in all aspects.

The DEOs are informed to give necessary instructions to all the schools in the jurisdiction on the conduct of Summative Assessment (SA), valuation of answer scripts and the issue of Cumulative Records which shall be completed in all aspects.

The DEOs are also informed to instruct the DCEB Secretaries to prepare and finalize including moderation of the question papers at their level duly conducting the workshops by involving expert teachers of concerned district and complete the whole process and bestow their personal attention for improving the quality of the Question Papers of classes I to X by the DCEBs without any conceptual and language errors duly maintaining the secrecy and confidentiality of the Question Papers.

Therefore, all the DEOs and RIDSEs are instructed to take necessary action on the above aspects and conduct the exams seriously by visiting the field and monitoring the exams. Further, they are requested to adhere to the above schedule and instruct the Headmasters and Teachers that after the summative test, the teachers shall identify the learning deficiencies in terms of attainment of learning outcomes communicated by SCERT by analyzing the students answer sheets. Serious effort shall be made to undertake remedial teaching/corrective measures to ensure the attainment of learning outcomes by the individual.

The learning strategies like tutoring, individualized learning could be adopted. The RJDSEs and DEOs are requested to visit the field and monitor the activities both exam and post exam activities. They are also requested to send Compliance Report on the above to the undersigned and as well as submit compliance for the Proceedings of the Director, SCERT, Telangana, Hyderabad.
